OOTB SMS & Email Treatments

Hi,

We are using Pega Marketing 8.1 and trying to configure SMS & Email treatments but unable to find any OOTB treatments that we can use. Would greatly appreciate any help with the issue.

Pega Marketings does not ship any SMS or Email Treatments OOTB. If you install the Samples that is provided in the CRM Install bundle then you might see few email treatments in there.

If the request is to understand on how to create email and sms treatments then I would encourage you to read the User guide and follow the documentation. If you are facing any issue while following the guide then please state it here so that we can  understand it better else please reach out to Customer Support if you think it is a bug.
