Hi,

I would like to know whether this article applies to Pega 7.2.1 version and need to install hotfix listed in the support article or not? Thank you for the reply.

Hello Praveen,

To add further to what my colleagues have said, the hotfix shared as the solution for the bug :"memory issues when using asynchronous Data pages" reported in the article referred by you is fixed in the product from Pega 7.2 version.

So if you are facing the same issue in Pega 7.2.1 then please raise an SR for investigation. 

Additional Information: A hotfix provide for a particular Pega platform version can not be used for the other versions.

Hi Praveen, Thanks for posting on PSC. It's for Pega 7.1.9 as suggested by my colleague, though if you're still facing the reported issue in PEGA 7.2.1.Please raise a support request to get ported hotfix at My Support Portal. Hope it answers your query, please mark it as. Regards, Asif
