RuleCheckOut Issue
pxRequestor.pyAllowRuleCheckOut is blank due to which unable to check out rules. But the pxRequestor.OperatorIDpyAllowRuleCheckOut is true. Tried creating the operator id multiple times.How to get the pxRequestor.pyAllowRuleCheckOut property? Please assist ASAP on urgent basis.

I am looking at a 7.3.1 system and see the Code-Security.InitialProfileSetup activity calls SetAllowCheckOut to set the flag on the pxRequestor page.
You could trace the Code-Security.InitialProfileSetup activity to see what is happening. You would need to trace from another session. When you first access the login screen a requestor session will be created and you should see it in the Remote Tracer dropdown list. It will be show as a Browser session and will not have a user id associated with it.
