cannot validate (ORACLE.PR_DATA_STREAM_NODES_PK) - primary key violated

@purellaS16594611 Does this occur during a specific scenario, or is this just visible in the logs? The 'primary key violation' is usually raised when you're doing an insert (or update) operation where the key value already exists. The database table referenced contains metadata about the Kafka cluster.
In any case, this requires some more information in order to provide a helpful answer. To factor our the most frequent issues, I would take a look at the reference documentation.

@BasRulesMatter! hi, We are on 8.7.5 and we experienced the same problem after which the stream pods restarted.
Would you happen to know what might have caused this? I can safely say that we were not doing anything heavy/custom on the environment.

@PiyushTI suppose it's worth checking with the Pega query runner where the duplicate key value would be, with a query like this:
SELECT key, COUNT (key)
FROM database table
GROUP BY key
HAVING COUNT(key)>1;
I did however find this post: https://support.pega.com/discussion/frequent-duplicate-key-value-violates-unique-constraint-error-database that is basically saying, this is expected behaviour due to the functioning of an internal API. But with regards to that, maybe it's good to contact a Pega SME to determine if this has further implication when it is raised for this particular table.
