Create a Signup Screen for New Users in a shared pega application server
Hi,
We have a requirement where we need to provide a Signup screen for new external users. where as our current pega application server is a shared server with multiple pega applications.
If I try to customize web-login HTML page to achieve sign up page requirement it might impact the login page of other pega applications.
Could anyone suggest a solution to achieve our requirement without impacting other pega applications hosted on same server.

Can I use anonymous Authentication Service to provide user sing up screen ? Please advice.
below is the approach
- Create anonymus auth service "signup" and configure model operator (Guest user) 2. configure guest access group with a custom portal.. create a guest application for the guest AG 3. in custom portal create create harness and sections as needed to display fields needed for signup.

@KRISHNAPAVANP yes you can try that approach. You can consider this too. Have a sign up link in html web login page (it will be like signup of Facebook or LinkedIn for end user). On clicking the link you need to run an activity to create a registration case in the backend which will be a screenflow where users will be providing his details, uname and password. In the end an operator id will be created as part of registration case. And it will end up in login page. Then users can login with the same credentials.
If you want to apply more security, you can enable MFA too. So that otp verification also will be there. We have implemented this few years back for signing up new external users in PGP framework.

Thank you for the response.
As per our business requirement, user will be navigating from a non pega web page to signup..User will need to click on a link in no pega application for signup and will be navigated to Pega signup page
I tried anonymous Authentication Service approach, but one issue I could see is if user clicks on signup page and just close the screen but the requestor session is not terminated ( session expires only after 1hour). This could lead to multiple inactive requestors. Can you suggest a solution for this
