How to create new screen layout in pega. I am looking layout like below

There is an option available in Harness under Layout  ->Screen Layout. You can look at option "Header Left Right" to achieve your requirement, then you can add sections in each part of layout (header,left,right and body).

yes tried with that option, section alignments are not matching with left and right.  what is the way to define custom screen layouts in pega.
