PEGA heavy I/O issue on server

Hi Team,

The below SQL statement is getting executed 417 times per second which will impact the performance.

select 1 from IFCRULES.pr_sys_app_hierarchy_flat where pzTopAppHash = :1 and pzAppHash = :2select 1 from IFCRULES.pr_sys_app_hierarchy_flat where pzTopAppHash = :1 and pzAppHash = :1

Please help in which component is causing this issues.

1. Which version you are on ?

2. From where you are monitoring these queries ?

3. Are you seeing any ALERT in the PEGA ALERT log files which is related to this ?

4. What is the DB version you are on
