Routing the next assignment to a user name found in property

On one page, I've set it up so that a user can select who gets the next assignment. I store that value in a property on the class, but it doesn't allow me to set the next assignment.

The end user wants it to go to someone specific and not a workbasket.

We used ToWorkList to route to the correct person.

Hi All,

 

I too have a similar requirement. User has to select a property from autocomplete, the user name selected here will be routed with next assignment. if i select ToWorkList, im getting the operator id, how do i route based on this property. can someone explain with screenshots.
