Restricting Updates on Operator ID instances using Access-When

Provide restrictions to update operator ID, if they don’t belong to the same work-group

You need to add Data-admin-operator-id ARO to the access role to name rule and In the data-admin-operator-id ARO, for write access, create an access when rule and give condition

.pyWorkGroup = OperatorID.pyWorkGroup.

This will check if work group of the record and logged in operator are same or not. If same give write access.
