Restricting Operator from creating or modifying operator record
Hi,
I want to restrict an operator from creating operator id's and modifying operator id's. I have created an access group and cloned the PegaRules:User4 role. But now i'm not able to view any records while logging in with that operator id. Why this is happening and how to solve this?

You can create a custom access role based on the OOTB roles and modify it as desired. In the access role, you can specify the Data-Admin-Operator-ID class and set the read, write, and delete entries as desired.

When you say you are not able to view any records, are you referring to Operator ID records? Do you have any other roles in your access group other than the PegaRules:User4 role? When I look at the PegaRules:User4 role on my system, it should have read access to the Data-Admin-Operator-ID instances.

Yes I am not able to view the operator instances. I have PegaRules:User4 role and PegaRules:SecurityAdministrator role associated with my access group. With this how can I restrict the operator from not creating any other operator and not modifying the existing ones?
