Restrict adding new record in Delegated rule

In my application we have delegated one data table( AA-FW-AppFW-Data-XYZ ) to business admin access group
Here, we have a requirement that the business admin only can update the delegated rule.
i.e. adding and deleting restricted
delete restriction - achieved by making zero (0) in access for role to object ( AA-FW-AppFW-Data-XYZ )
Need help in restricting adding new record (inserting new line)

@Solai- I am not clear with your question. You have already restricted deletion. Now you want to restrict addition as well. Why do you want to keep this rule as delegated?

Hi @SOLAIYAPPARAJA, As delegation rule itself says that you are providing access to the manager/ Higher officials to modify/add/delete the records based on their availability. Thanks

Possible options are to grant a UI page / harness for the specific functionality.
If you need to achieve this in delegation rule, you can add a access when for write and mention a logic in it (something like having a ID column and compare ID<XX). This will restrict addition of new rows but will be able to edit the existing data.
Additional note: You can hide the column which controls the logic.
