How to restrict the delegation rule

Hi ,

Decision tables are delegated to business users but we need to show up only Table tab along with Check out and Check in options . Need to understand ,how to hide or disable the additional tabs such as Results,Parameters ,Pages & Classes etc.. .including Save as ,Delete options as well .

Is there any OOTB privilege to restrict the mentioned features of delegated rules .

I checked my 7.3.1 system and I do not see the other tabs when delegating a decision table to a manager. My manager's access group is based on PegaRULES:WorkMgr4. Can you compare the access with this one?
