Restricted Access to Assignment
Hi,
Whats the best way to implement this?
User 1 and User2 have same access group.
User 1 will work on assignemnt and submit it.
On submit, it will go into workbasket (which obviously User1 and User2 both have access to).
But this time, User1 should not be able to work on it. All other operators having same access group should be able to pull and work on that assignment except User 1 who worked on it initially.

The workbasket is just a List View rule report (or report Definition in later version of the product). I work specialize the Report Rule so that it filters on Tasks that have pxAssigned populated with that Operator ID.

Hi,
Approach 1 : Flow Action post Activity you can throw validation message by checking whether user has worked on this cases earlier by maintaing some workparties or flags.
Approach 2 : Access when, you need to check validation based on workparties or flags you maintain on the case.
