Requirement to transfer cases from one worklist to another. Error "Info: Database-General trying to calculate the handle of a class whose instances may not .. "

I too have a requirement to transfer cases from one worklist to another. I tried pxTransferAssignment. When I run it in a stand alone activity I am getting the error "Info: Database-General trying to calculate the handle of a class whose instances may not be written to the database: Assign- ". But it is successfully transferring the cases.

Is this is a known issue with Pega OOTB code ?
