Dear Veera,
By Error message it is clear that the error is because of trying to Save a page of Assign- class.
Assign- is abstract in nature and hence does not have corresponding Database table for it.
How to troubleshoot further:-
1) Please check in tracer for DB query to understand if actually we are trying to save instance of Assign- class.
2) If so there is good chance of pxObjClass being changed from Assign-Worklist/Workbasket to Assign-
After figuring this out you would be able to resolve this for sure.

I am not saving any thing on work list. Please find the attached screen shot for reference where I am getting the issue on pyWorkpage as the error mentioned. So not able to save page as error on the page.

Ok' I see, here you are trying to open instead of save as I have mentioned above.
However the explanation remains the same as you are trying to open something that does not exist.
Please follow the above two points that I have mentioned and it would work for sure.

@Veeraiah, it would be hard to understand what exactly your trying to perform in your work object before going to resolve it until you share us the steps for your use case. Also it would be better if you share the tracer.xml file it would be helpful for our analysis in order to find the real cause behind this issue.
