Requirement Hotfix DX API

I am thinking of automating the hotfix installation process instead of doing it manually, for that i thought of using any DX APIs available, but i couldn't able to find one. I need some help to create one service REST for hotfix in the API package with use of any pega activity available. And also let me know if there to make this work.
