Hi,

One of our customer is having need for customizing DX API v1, for pega 8.8. There are some additional business specific filters needed to pass in GET cases or GET assignments API call.

My query :

1. Is it feasible to customize (save as) DX API ? is it Pega recommended?

2. if it is feasible, is there any documented steps to do it?

3. Even if I am able to save as the API with a different name and add additional filter parameters in the signature, how do I use this filter in the existing implementation? I am seeing most existing implementation involves pz- calls and FUA java codes.

Please share your suggestions - In case we need to return any other resultset JSON than OOTB DX API JSON, is there any extension point or steps we can use?
