Since you mentioned table cleaning and performance, I suppose data is frequently added in table. To achieve your requirement you can follow below steps :

• Come up with a condition for how long a record can stay in data table.
• Create a column in table to store RecordStatus as Old or Active where Active are records that are in use and Old are record marked for deletion.
• While fetching data from table make sure to retrieve 'Active' records only
• Create a Job scheduler to run periodically (ideally daily).
• In Job activity loop  and delete records that are marked as 'Old' based on the logic in point 1.
• You can use savable data page with "Database Delete" option, Obj-Delete or DataSetExecute for deleting the record.

This method ensures only Active data is used by application while old data gets removed periodically.

Hi @AbiramiM17280411, we can try creating a job scheduler that can run periodically. Create an activity to check for the creation date of the date table entries and delete the old entries for example more than 15 days.

Use Job Scheduler to clean the tables periodically based on pxCommitDateTime/pxSaveDateTime or any other custom filters. Please ensure the job scheduler is scheduled to run during off hours. If the table size is huge for deletion, then validate the load in the lower environments for better efficiency.
