Pega CCS details required for audit

Please provide a complete listing of all inbound and outbound data transmissions (to/from) the application, including the following information:
- Source of data
- Type of data
- Method of transfer (Sterling, MQ, etc)
- Frequency of transfer
- File name(s)
- Destination of data

Are there any real time transmissions or APIs to/from this application? If so please provide an inventory.

Is there any monitoring control in place to ensure the data is transmitted completely and successfully from source to destination (i.e. monitoring job completion via email)? If so, please provide evidence.

Is any data sent outside the CFG network from this application? If so, please provide screenshots of the encryption protocol and cipher suite details of the transmissions.
