List of database tables that can be cleaned up regularly to improve the performance

Hi All-

We are working in multi node environment where we are seeing loads of queue data and other reference data getting written to the logs thus impacting performance of the application servers.

So I am looking for some information on what tables can be truncated on regular basis and any order in which they can be regularly cleaned up without impacting performance.
