Create a simple activity that reads your uploaded text file from ServiceExport, splits it by newlines, and loops each trimmed pzInsKey; for the loop’s step page, use the right queue class (Queue Processor: System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-Default or your custom ER class; legacy Agent: System-Queue-DefaultEntry). For each handle, do Obj-Open-By-Handle; if it fails, log and continue. If it opens, clear error fields (pyErrorMessage/pyErrorDetails), reset retry counters (pyAttemptsCount=0), and set status back to Scheduled/New. Prefer calling the OOTB requeue activity if present (e.g., on System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-* use RequeueItem); otherwise Save + Commit will reschedule the item. Commit every N records (say 100) to keep the transaction small. Wrap with a try/catch and collect a results page listing requeued, skipped, and not-found keys. If your file lives in a repository, fetch it with D_pxGetFile first; if uploaded from the UI, read pxRequestor.pyFileUpload content. Test in lower env on a tiny sample before running the full list.
