Recent Activity Organization Worklist items are not getting displayed properly
In the CS interaction portal
We have Red organization,for this we have 10 customers when we select this Org all the customers are displayed related to the Org at recent activity Now we have Orange org, which was changed from Orange to Red, when i click on refresh or relogin i'm not able to see any customers under the recent activity Also when we create a new worklist belongs to Red then also this is not getting displayed in Recent activity

You should check if all customers and worklist items are correctly updated to use the new organization name "Red" after changing it from "Orange." Make sure the system is not still using old values from before the change. Also, check if the lists showing recent activity are using any stored data (like data pages) that need to be refreshed. If there’s any custom setup or logic used to show recent activity, make sure it's using the updated organization name and pulling the right data.
