Reopening assignment
Hi All,
I have two type of cases having one assignment each..
Work-A
Work-B
From Work object A i am calling assignment of work object B on button click.
Let say,
I have open B-1 case and completed BFLOW flow..
Now from A-1 i have to re-open B-1.
In A-1 case i have called Openassignment with Key "ASSIGN-WORKLIST ABC-FLOWDEMO-WORK B-1!BFLOW ".
But i m not able to open it in perform mode. It is opening in review mode.
How can we achieve this.

Does the assignment you are trying to open still exist? You said "I have open B-1 case and completed BFLOW flow" (emphasis mine). If you completed the flow, does that mean B-1 is now in a resolved state? If so, there is no assignment to reopen. You need to get the work object back into the flow and onto an assignment shape. This will create a NEW assignment for that work object. Depending on how complex the flow for B-1 is, this could be a simple task or something requiring lots of logic to determine which assignment in the flow you care about, how the reopen impacts SLAs, etc.

to get the assignment back to flow, use the OOTB activtiy "reopenWorkObject" in Work- class.
it will take flowName as input. Put your flowB as flow name. Make sure that it runs with the primary page of the closed workobject. let me know if it is unclear.
