Remove SLA Permanently from an Assignment
I have a Case-XYZ, which is in WorkList of say, User1 at Assignment level, Assignment123 (Assignment is having SLA123 running)...
Now, another superuser just updated the same Case-XYZ, as removed the existing SLA123.
Still, SLA123 is appearing when User1 opens it.
How to REMOVE SLA from an assignment permanently...

How did the super user update the Case-XYZ and remove the existing SLA123?
You can try the below steps to remove the SLA:
- Open work object on a separate page (and lock it)
- Remove the SLA Goal/Deadline/Late properties
- Save the work object
- Commit
