Queue Processor(DelayedOperations) Average execution time

Dear community,

We have Queue Processor(DelayedOperationsQP) for processing items. Recently the QP has started to consume more time and there are Alerts PEGA-0117 - QP Long Running Activity(Queue processor DelayedOperationsQP ran activity ExecuteDelayed for longer than the configured threshold of 2,000 ms.)

Is it possible to compute the average time taken by QP processor over certain time period? Are there any tables storing the performance metrics of QP execution?

Based on execution time analysis we want to decide if the threshold is to be raised on PDC.

I'm not sure if there is any OOTB to capture the timestamps. However, we can record/log the timestamps in QueueProcessor activity to troubleshoot the performance. This will help you to optimize the activity rule whatever taking a longer time to execute.
