(True or False) The SLA-checking Agent invokes its Activity every 30 seconds.
SLA-checking Agent (ServiceLevelEvent) invokes its Activity (ProcessEvent) every 30 seconds. So true would be the correct answer. However the false seems to the expected answer. Hoever the question "SLA-checking Agent invokes the acitivity configured in SLA rule every 30 seconds " seems to be the correct question for the expected answer.
Please revert if I am wrong.

The SLA Checking agent is a standard agent. The behavior of a standard agent is that it checks its queue first to determine if there is anything to do. If there is something to do, then it will invoke the agent activity to act upon the queued item(s). With that information, it is clear that the answer to the question is false since it will not invoke the agent activity if there is nothing in the queue.
The feedback regarding the CLSA exam is that is it a fair exam and is a good test of your overall knowledge of PRPC at the CLSA level. The pointed questions are few and far in between.
