Query on LSA (7.1) Quiz - Service Levels
Hello
In the quiz of Service Level chapter, below question is provided.
However in the quiz it is written that "The ServiceLevelEvents agent is defined as a Standard agent and by default runs every 30 seconds". Then why the answer is incorrect?

This has been answered before.
ProcessEvent is not called unless a lock can be obtained.
The queue record may be checked every 30 seconds.
Does not mean the Activity will be called every 30 seconds.

ServiceLevelEvents is an OOTB standard agent that wakes up every 30 seconds to verify if there are suitable item(s) to process in its queue.
When a suitable item is not found OR if the queue is empty;
the agent goes back to sleep without invoking System-Queue-ServiceLevel.ProcessEvent (the agent's activity).
