Query on LSA (7.1) Quiz - Service Levels - SLA Checking Agent
(True or False) The SLA-checking Agent invokes its Activity every 30 seconds.

In the above quiz question, the SLA-checking Agent referred is 'ServiceLevelEvents' agent? If yes, does the question also consider time taken in performing the two checks - if current DateTime>pyMinimumDateTimeForProcessing and checking for the lock of the queue-item? Thanks in advance.
