Query on LSA (7.1) Quiz - JEE and PRPC - Application Archives
Which application archives can be deployed in a central location and shared amongst multiple nodes? (Choose Two)
1. prweb.war
2. prpc_j2ee14.ear
3. prsysmgmt.ear (Correct Answer)
4. prhelp.war (Correct Answer)
In the above question, does this mean that "prweb.war" is not shared and a separate copy is created for each node? If yes, where is it mentioned in the course? Thanks in advance.

Hello. Yes you are correct - prweb.war is per node and not shared.
Each application node has a distinct address such as below.
http://<servername>:<portnumber>/prweb/PRServlet .
prHelp and prsysmgmt need only be deployed to one node - the address shared amongst the other nodes.

Because prHelp is just a static webapp where any PRPC node can point to for Help. For prsysmgmt (SMA) is just mbean client (not a transaction processing system) which can point to any PRPC node over jmx. Both can be deployed on any web server which has servlet container. In the case of SMA if ear is selected, you can also deploy in any J2EE container.
