we are resetting the SLA on transferring the task, The newAssignPage and assign table gets updated with SLA details but still pxFlow page is holding the old SLA values, Hence updated SLA details are not displaying in n case content details section.

Seems it’s product bug . Can you please confirm on this or suggest the work around to this.
On which pxFlow page do you see the incorrect value? It sounds like the SLA you are resetting during the reassign is an assignment level SLA, is that correct? If that is the case, the SLA data for that assignment would be on the newAssignPage and not on the pxFlow page. There are other types of SLAs though which you would see in the pxFlow pages, such as pxFlow(OverallSLA) for work object SLAs.

I could see incorrect value on pxFlow [ like pxFLow(GetApproval) ] of current assignment .
Yes we are resetting assignment level SLA .. and agree as system should take the data from assign page but not from on the pxFlow page . Pega OOTB activity is taking the details from pxFlow to load the case content details on review/confirm harness.
it doesn't impact the functionality as Assign table and page gets updated after reset but only concern is the updated SLA values are not getting reflected in case content details section .

I see what you mean now. I just ran the 'Adjust SLA' flow action and see the SLA properties updated correctly on the newAssignPage but the pxAssignSvcLevel, pxAssignGoalTime, and pxAssignDeadTime on the pxFlow page still have the original values. Please enter an SR so this can be reviewed further.
