Pull assignment from operator's worklist when he/she is absent
We have a requirement where a proxy user should pull case(assignment) which is assigned to an operator who is on leave.
How to achieve this?

You can try with Transfer assignment.
You you can have an option to display operators on leave. Once selected the cases in his worklist are displayed.
Current user can select the cases and transfer to there worklist. There is a Pega OOTB funtionality for Transfer Work , you can explore that.

Thanks for the reply but I do not think this is what I am looking for.
Requirement is as follows:
- Several assignments lie in an operator's worklist.
- Operator goes on leave without transferring assignments
- Other operator should be able to pull those assignments in its worklist.
