Reason of "pulled assignment from work queue" ?
Hi,
Can anyone explain the reason of "pulled assignment from work queue" action? A case moves from work queue to the worklist of a user who work on that work queue. Why does this happen ?

This is the audit history: "Pulled assignment to 'complete task' from work queue Work_Queue_Name
After that the case has been reassigned to the user from the work queue.

The history entry is written from the MoveToWorklist activity. You can modify the FilterHistory Decision Tree if you do not want to have certain history entries written.

Actually I need to know what triggers the MoveToWorklist activity. Because if a case had been assigned to a workbasket, it should stay there. Why it is assigned to a user's worklist ?

One place it is used out of the box is in the Get Next Work functionality. It is called from the pzOpenAssignmentForGetNextWork function. You can do a rule content search in your environment to see if there are any other places where it is being referenced.
