Get Next Work To Pull The Cases
Leverage the Pega OOTB feature, "Get Next Work" to pull the work from the queues.
Hi, I'm very new to Pega development anyone of you please suggest me how to enable / create "Get Next Work" button in a dash board and where to configure the button action for following validations.
Resolver selects a GET NEXT button to get the next highest priority ticket to work on and it’s put in their personal queue.
Considering the priority of the category
Considering the SLA of the ticket
Considering the create date time of the case
The case will be pulled and will gets assigns to the current operators work list.
The status of the case will changes to "Assigned".
