Get Next Work Action don't work

I add the "Get Next Work" action in a button but when I click the button I get redirected to a "Delete a Class" option. I also tried with the API calling it in a script but I have the same result.
I use the 7.2 version

Hi,

Can you please collect the tracer while clicking on th GetNextWork button and provide the tracer to us.

GetNextWork action returns the next assignment of the operator to work on it.

Where exactly you have configured this button?
