Get Next Work

I was trying to configure sorted list in get next work using my case property. But i am not able to do that even after class join. Can anyone explain how to fulfill this requirement or What type of Properties we can use in get next work. Is it possible to configure using case property? If yes please explain! Thank you.

Hello,

I'm not sure exactly what sort of property you are looking for, but much of the get next work functionality is available so that you can customize it to meet your business needs, starting with the activity GetNextWork itself. I would trace the call and figure out in what ways the results you are getting are not what you need and the look at where you can change things to get the desired behavior.
