Procedure for Deleting a Step/PROCESS in Case Type Version:8.3

Hi All,

I would like to know the steps /process to delete a particular step in Case Type.

Example : 

Interview 

a) Information

b) Screening

c) Updating

If I want to remove the Updating step.What is the procedure in V8.3.If you can provide me with Screenshot will be great.

Hi sriram in your example under interview process you want to remove the updating step inorder to do that you can open the interview process rule from case your case type and delete the updating shape and its outgoing connector and join the screening outgoing connector to end shape.
