Could you provide some more information on what you were trying to do. How did you try and delete the Case Type? Which version of PRPC are you using? Please provide a screenshot if possible.

I use pega 7 and I work in the designer studio environment.I want to create a new case type but I get this error.I created an case called Contrôle de gestion but I have deleted this and if I try to create another case I have this error.

Can you tell me exactly in detail how you tried delete the case type? What tools or commands did you use? Did you try and create a case type with the same name?

I delete the case by opening Open Application menu and select the Cases and Data menu after I remove it from the list of cases.I use after a Refactoring Rules to delete the class name. I want to create another case type with a different name.

I still don't have enough information about your problem to suggest a solution. Does the error occur when you try to create a new Case Type? Could you provide a screenshot and detailed steps of what you are doing?
