Problem with Segment
Hi ,
I am facing an issue with running Segment on a Pega cloud instance.My customer Class is mapped to ExternalMKTData database . My segments naturally are also being created in ExternalMKTData . However when i am creating a Segment , on just 50 or so data it's still spinning after 40 hours without producing any output.I am not finding any obvious issue which is causing the issue but suspect this might be a permission issue.
Need some help to resolve this.

Problem solved after restarting the agent schedule

Please review your agents to ensure they are running. Specifically the DefferedSegment agent is responsible for this.
Note: the history tab of segments has a status section that will show the progress of a segment. If this is essentially empty then it is very likely that the Agent mentioned above is not running. If the audit has entries in it, it might give you additional clues as to where it might be stuck.

Hi Saleem ,
Thanks for your reply .I can see the agent is running from agent scheduler however from Admin portal i cannot probably because i am using Pega Lab environment and i have access to one node only and that not the util node.
The history tab is blank.
Do i need to check anything else please
