Segment Still Running
Hi Everyone,
I've created segment and when I run, it never ends. It has been happening for almost a week.
When I try to check out and try to check in again it will error. No change at all

@andisuci Hi, This could have occured because the Pega node processing the agent queue item which was populating the segment was restarted while it was being processed and it caused the queue item to be stuck in Now Processing State. To get your segment back in the normal state you will need to delete an entry from the MKT_SEGMENT_HISTORY table which is mapped to the class PegaMKT-Data-SegmentResults.

@RaghuShankhawaram Hi, The rules that I need to delete is only the segment which got stuck or any other rules? and if I deleted the segment is there any impact to the system/schedule campaign. Since, it's still running/in progress.

@andisuci The record you are deleting is not a segment rule but a data instance which holds the current status of the segment. Deleting this entry in the table will reset the Segment back to a state where you are trigger the run to populate it. This will not impact anything else. I would still suggest you to suspend any outbound schedules or campaigns using this Segment just to be on the safer side.
