Error when i'm creating/saving/running a segment rule!!

I did the installation of pega personal in my personal computer and i did the isntalation of Pega Customer Decision Hub too. I create everything: strategy, actions, propositions... all. But when I try to create a Segment rule a get this error:

I don't know what do. I found this link on PDN but i guess its ok.
