Segment not running in Pega CDH 8.7
Hi All,
I create a simple segment rule with a filter. When I was running the segment, I am not able to see any results. Segment is created and the table is also created in oracle db. Is there any agent/batch that needs to be enabled to run the segment in Pega CDH 8.7?
I am not able to find DeferredSegments agent rule in the admin studio. Let me know if I am missing something.

@Nizam The DeferredSegments agent needs to be enabled. Please refer to the below article for all the agents and their descriptions.

@RaghuShankhawaramThe agent schedule is enabled now. It was adding entries to System-Queue-DeferredSegments queue but these are not getting processed. Are we missing something here?

Hi @Nizam - Were you able to resolve this issue? Once you have the agent enabled on a node in your cluster, and items queued up - they should get picked up. If you are seeing this not work, you cold try a restart. If that still doesn't help, I'd recommend raising a support ticket.
