Pega CDH Problem Running Campaign
Good evening, after a thorough check we noticed that some campaigns in PEGA CDH that have been scheduled for the week are running and they didn't go to "completed" . Although the file was produced and processed correctly. Both in the RCA oneshot channel, Teleselling and Oneshot enagagement/upselling, as shown in the attached screen. We assume this is blocking the Pega software and preventing us from releasing campaigns. We ask how we can force stop these campaigns. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Hi @GiuseppeS16734834 - Some questions to help us understand the situation:
- Do your Actions have waits?
- Have you introduced any custom processes (either via provided hooks or overridden product behavior) that are intertwined with the campaign lifecycle? Examples might be handoff utilization in Actions, or custom post-run processing.
- Are there errors in the logs that pertain to the campaign/run in question?
- Have there been system/node availability issues?
- Related, are there broken process or stuck in processing queue items (particularly for the SLA agent)?
Based on your responses, we might recommend that you create a support ticket in case deeper investigation is required.
