Problem accessing the Customer Service Foundation VM instance

I've installed the exercise system on Virtual Box but when it's started the url shown to access the system via a browser is "http://:9080". Any suggestion on what I need to do to resolve this?

Seems I managed to "fix" myself.  In the guide it mentions "confirm the correct network adapter for your computer is selected".  I assumed, obviously wrongly, that all in the dropdown were available!!  Having changed to "Host-only Adapter" everything seems to be OK.
