PEGA CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUNDATION - Download exercise System

Hello,

I have enrolled in PEGA CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUNDATION course and wanted to download the exercise system. It downloads as Fail. Meaning the file is no longer available. Can someone please guide me on how I can get the system so I can practice along with the course.
