Issue with 'PEGA CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUNDATION' course completion

Hi,

I have gone through the 'PEGA CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUNDATION’ course, out of 14 lessons 13 showing completed except one.

I tried to complete that multiple time(5-6times), every time after answering the lessons question it’s showing ‘Nicely done’, but when I see the course overview it’s showing not completed.

Do you have any idea on the resolution?

Note: I have already sent email to help desk and waiting for resolution.
