The exercise system can be found in the Before you begin lesson in the Related Content. 

As this version of the course is for two versions ago, I would encourage you to look at the most recent version of the course which can be found at: https://academy.pega.com/library/8/pega-customer-service-foundation  that course uses a cloud based exercise system instead of a download.
