Hi,

Virtual machine download button "Download Exercise System" not available in the "IMPLEMENTING PEGA CUSTOMER SERVICE (7.2)" course - Chapter "Before you begin", as stated in the VM help setup.

For anyone having trouble finding the Exercise System as I did, even with some of the posted answers, You can find a screenshot attached here. 

The link is not in any of the lessons, but you *WILL* find it in the "Related content" section of only the "Before You Begin" lesson. Watch out! It may not be in the order you expect it to be in from the VM guide pdf (the SSA pdf for example), but it will be up there.

 

I don't know why it has to be a maze to find it, so just to make things easier for you SSA students out there: Just make sure you are logged in and click here for the SSA VM. (http://pegasystems2.http.internapcdn.net/pegasystems2/secure/SSA_721_VM_20170202.ova)

 

Damien, could you provide a direct link for these guys for their course?
