Unable to download the exercise system for the Customer Foundations course

I am having issues downloading the Exercise VM for the Pega Customer Service Foundation course.
I have read through the Virtual Machine User Guide and was still not able to get it to work.
I was able to successfully download and install the VMware workstation 14 player.
I tried on both Chrome and firefox.
--- When i right click on the download token and select "save link as" the file name comes up as fail.
Then the help file at the end of the Pega VM User guide is a dead link.

Hello, I went to the course and I am able to confirm using Chrome that the file is not there when I click on the download button on the screen. The workaround is to go to the "Related Contents" and left click on the link "Pega Customer Service Foundation - Exercise System". In chrome that should initiate the download to your download folder (assuming you have chrome configured that way). I just tested the work around and it does work for this course: https://academy.pega.com/library/722/pega-customer-service-foundation

The same happens with System Architect Essentials V8. Server error when trying to download the exercise ova.

You should probably make sure it still works after doing updates...
