Issue accessing the simulated customer service portal

Hi, I am currently on the optimizing the customer value in the call center task on the training course but im not able to access the customer service portal to begin the task. when I try to open the cloud to launch the exercise I am met with the screen attached below.

Thanks for your post.

You can access the customer service portal by clicking on the Pega 7 link in the top left box. For sign on credentials, please use the user name and password at the top of the exercise page in the Practicing what you learned lesson.
