I am trying to configure co-browse in pega customer service portal. The scenario is a user will login to the Pega user portal they can then call an agent to help them. an agent will receive an incoming call in the interaction portal and request a session with a user to assist them.
i have followed the Pega 8 implementation guide for co-browsing but its not helpful, currently nothing works.
Question is has anybody configure co-browsing version 8 in Pega customer service and have succeeded to assist me some missing knowledge gaps ?
